Job Description
The Vice President of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, directing all financial operations, strategy, and fiscal controls for the organization. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing cost structures across plant operations, managing capital allocation, and ensuring rigorous financial reporting. The ideal candidate will combine strategic acumen with hands-on expertise in cost accounting, supply chain economics, and operational finance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business growth, capital investment goals, and operational priorities.
- Plant & Cost Accounting Oversight: Direct standard costing models, inventory valuation, bill of materials (BOM) auditing, and variance analysis across all manufacturing facilities.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, capital expenditure (CapEx) evaluations, and scenario modeling to support executive decision-making.
- Operational Performance & KPI Tracking: Partner with Operations and Plant Managers to track manufacturing metrics, identify cost-saving initiatives, and optimize gross margins.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Oversee treasury functions, working capital optimization (inventory, AR/AP), debt compliance, and cash management strategies.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with GAAP/IFRS, oversee internal controls, manage annual audits, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build high-performing corporate and plant-level finance and accounting teams.
