They care about doing excellent work even when no one is watching. They understand that in veterinary medicine, the little things matter. Most importantly, they want to become better than they were yesterday. This Position May NOT Be Right for You If... You're looking for a job where you can simply clock in, complete a list of tasks, and clock out without being challenged to grow. Veterinary medicine can be busy, physical, emotional, messy, and unpredictable. There will be cleaning. There will be bodily fluids. There will be difficult days. There will also be tremendous opportunities to learn, contribute, build relationships, and make a meaningful difference. We invest a lot in teaching our team, so we're looking for someone who wants to invest in themselves, too. Why Start Your Career at Cane Bay? Because we believe great technicians are developed, not simply hired. If you have the potential and the drive, we want to help you build the knowledge, confidence, judgment, and technical skills to become an excellent veterinary professional.
