Job Description Lake County Veterinary Clinics, PLLC is seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant or LVT to work in our Two Harbors location. Training will be provided, regardless of experience. We are a small animal practice serving Two Harbors, Duluth, Grand Marais and surrounding areas. Our staff works in a team setting and good communication skills are necessary. Looking for a responsible, dedicated and professional individual to add to our staff. Duties include: client communication and education over the phone and in-person, working on computers and veterinary software, interaction with doctors and technicians, preparing lab samples, running lab tests, phlebotomy, animal handling and restraint, stocking inventory items, filling prescriptions, xrays. Starting pay based on experience. Individual must be a team player, able to work in a busy setting, act in a professional manner, have good communication skills and be highly responsible. Training provided. If you have no prior veterinary experience, we will still consider your resume.
