Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join a dynamic construction and real estate team. This role is to replace a current employee and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact across multiple entities.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and post loan closing journal entries accurately and timely.Handle loan draws and reconciliations.Ensure compliance through loan reporting and documentation.Support month-end closing processes for multiple entities.Maintain job cost accounting for construction and real estate projects.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
