Description

The Dental Operations Manager plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates and administratively directs the services of the dental program.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical or business office.
• Work experience in a community health center dental program preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with diverse groups of health professionals and other staff.
• Must be a visionary, and positive role model, with supervisory experience and mature judgment.
• Ability to delegate responsibilities and create a climate of teamwork and accountability.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Must demonstrate excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Certification as an Interpreter is preferred and ability to provide bilingual patient care is a plus.

• A cell phone is required for this position. ESRHS will provide a monthly stipend towards cell phone reimbursement.
