Job Summary
The Development Engineer Intern is responsible for the supporting project development process, schedule, accuracy, and workflow with a focus on Distributed Generation (DG) projects. DG projects typically include Solar PV systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Daily components of this role include engineering support, coordination of subcontractor RFQs and responses, and development of technical project cost estimates and proposals, and supporting documents. The target dates for this role would be April-May 2027, through Mid-August 2027.
Employees are expected to be available during normal business hours and to be logged into a group work sharing and communications during those hours. All members of our team are expected to work together in a positive, respectful, and professional manner.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, phone, and keyboard. May regularly need to lift up to 20 lbs., unassisted.
